I produce digital commissions only! I do not ship or make physical goods at the moment.

You acknowledge that I retain all and absolute rights to my work.

I must receive payment upfront before starting a commission. Once I receive proof of payment, I will begin the sketching process.

I retain the right to refuse a commission request for any reason.

DO NOT use my artwork for generative AI training or to mint as an NFT!

Before commissioning me, make sure you prefer my artstyle, I will not drastically change up my style (etc. realism or heavily anime leaning), nor mimic another person's artstyle.

Commissions are for personal and/or private use only. Any commercial usage that isn't agreed upon beforehand is prohibited..

You may not edit, trace, or copy the finished product. Removal of my watermark is also prohibited.

Make sure to credit me, (artist: @teeglitch), if showcasing this art to others. It must be explicitly given and clearly seen, as you cannot claim any of my works to be yours.

Any edits or changes you would like to make towards the final product will occur during the sketching process! Please make sure you are satisfied with the sketch before I continue on, as I will not make edits to the final piece.

You can request a full refund if I have not started your commission in over 4 weeks. If you request before the sketching phase is finished, a partial refund will be issued to reflect the amount of work that gets done. I will not issue refunds after I have moved on from the sketch phase.
